**Commission Policies**

1. **No Refunds:** Once a commission is confirmed and payment is made, refunds will not be issued. This policy ensures that both parties are committed to the agreed-upon project.

2. **Revision Policy:** Clients are entitled to two rounds of revisions to ensure satisfaction with the final product. Additional revisions may be provided at an extra cost, to be determined based on the scope of changes requested.

3. **Full Deposit Required:** A full deposit is required before work on the project begins. This deposit confirms the client's commitment and reserves their spot in the queue. Final payment is due upon completion of the project and before delivery of the final files.

4. **Timelines:** Estimated timelines for project completion will be provided upon confirmation of the commission. Any delays in providing necessary materials or feedback from the client may result in adjustments to the project timeline.

5. **Communication:** Open and clear communication is essential throughout the project. Clients are encouraged to provide detailed briefs and prompt feedback to ensure the best possible outcome.

6. **Usage Rights:** Unless otherwise agreed upon, the designer retains ALL rights to use the commissioned work for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, portfolio display and social media promotion. Exclusive rights may be negotiated for an additional fee.

7. **Cancellation Policy:** In the event of a cancellation by the client after work has commenced, a cancellation fee may apply. The fee will be determined based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.

By commissioning work from @__xav, clients agree to abide by these policies. Any exceptions or modifications to these policies must be agreed upon in writing before the commencement of the project.
